At Andersen Group Realty, we believe in the power of community and giving back. That’s why we are excited to announce our collaboration with Mission of Deeds and Olympia Moving for a special furniture pick-up event in Winchester on October 17th, from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM. This event aims to support Mission of Deeds in their mission to provide free beds, furniture, and household items to those in need.

How You Can Help

If you have furniture and household items that you no longer need and wish to donate, here’s how you can get involved:

Check the Guidelines:

Please review the following guidelines to ensure that your donations are eligible for pick-up.

Accepted Items

  • Bureaus/Dressers (Maximum 5′ wide, 5′ tall)
  • Nightstands
  • Adjustable Metal Bedframes
  • Kitchen/Dining Chairs and Table (Maximum table length 54″ without leaves, must be 2+ chairs, no pedestal tables)
  • Coffee and End Tables
  • Bookcases (maximum height 5′)
  • Student Desks (maximum width 3′)
  • TV Stands (NOT entertainment centers)

Items Requiring a Photo Submission

  • Sofas/Loveseats (Maximum 3 seats for sofas, 2 seats for loveseats)
  • Living Room Chairs
  • Recliner Chairs
  • Lift Chairs

Items We Cannot Accept

  • Sleep/Recliner/Sectional Sofas
  • Headboards and Footboards
  • Entertainment Centers
  • TV Cabinets
  • Mattresses/Box Springs
  • Platform Beds/Trundle Beds
  • Folding Cots/Rollaway Beds
  • Bunk Bed Frames
  • Office Desks/Office Furniture

Miscellaneous Items We Cannot Accept

  • Walkers, Commodes, Crutches
  • Wheelchairs
  • Medical Beds
  • Clothing (Except NEW Winter Coats accepted from Nov 1 – April 1)

Linens – Only NEW Items Accepted

  • NEW Bed Pillows
  • NEW Full/Queen Sheets
  • NEW Full/Queen Blankets
  • NEW Full/Queen Comforters
  • NEW Twin Sheets

Kitchen Items

    • Mugs (Dishwasher and microwave safe)
    • Baking Pans
    • Mixing Bowls
    • Coffee Makers/Tea Kettles
    • Toasters/Toaster Ovens
    • Blenders/Mixers
    • NEW Dish Towels/Pot Holders
    • Microwaves
    • Grocery Store Gift Cards
